Like many of us, my journey has been filled with growth, transition, faith, and moments that required me to keep moving even when the path wasn’t clear.
I wasn’t always the confident, purpose-driven woman many see today. There were seasons where I had to rebuild, rediscover my voice, and trust God with the pieces of my life I didn’t fully understand. Through it all, my faith became my foundation, and every lesson helped shape the leader, entrepreneur, author, and visionary I am today.
I share my story not to dwell on the hardships, but to remind others that growth, purpose, and transformation are possible. Every season of my life has shaped the work I do today and deepened my passion for helping others build with clarity, confidence, and intention.
With more than 14 years of corporate leadership experience, I’ve developed a strong foundation in operational excellence, team leadership, strategic planning, process improvement, and cross-functional execution. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and an MBA in Entrepreneurship, and I continue to pursue growth through ongoing education, leadership development, and hands-on experience.
Beyond my corporate background, I am an entrepreneur, author, business consultant, and founder of Courtney Cox Global. Through this work, I help individuals bring their ideas to life through publishing support, branding, business consulting, career development, and my signature Destiny Coaching framework. Whether someone is writing a book, launching a business, strengthening their professional brand, or navigating their next career move, my heart is to help them move from vision to execution with strategy and purpose.
I am also the Founder and Executive Director of The Beauty In Her, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering women and girls through mentorship, education, leadership development, and community outreach. As a mother, mentor, and leader, I am passionate about creating spaces where women and girls are reminded of their worth, equipped with tools to grow, and encouraged to walk boldly in their purpose.
At every level, my mission is the same: to help people steward what God has placed in their hands and build something that creates lasting impact.
